A 4-in-1 defibrillator/monitor for ambulance and emergency use
The Mindray BeneHeart D3 combines manual defibrillation, AED, noninvasive pacing and patient monitoring in one unit. Manual output covers 21 selectable energy settings from 1 J to 360 J using a biphasic truncated exponential waveform with automatic impedance compensation, so delivered energy is adjusted to the patient impedance rather than being fixed by the setting alone.
Speed is treated as a specification rather than a claim: the unit powers on in less than two seconds, recovers the ECG trace in less than 2.5 seconds, charges to 200 J in under three seconds and to 360 J in under seven seconds. Synchronized cardioversion begins energy transfer within 60 ms of the QRS peak. The AED shock series is configurable from 100 J to 360 J, and the default configuration meets the 2015 AHA Guidelines.
Monitoring covers 3/5-lead diagnostic ECG with respiration, NIBP, SpO2 and EtCO2, with SpO2 options from Mindray, Nellcor or Masimo. Noninvasive pacing runs from 30 to 210 ppm at 0 to 200 mA in demand or fixed mode. The main unit weighs 4.7 kg with a 15.1 V / 5600 mAh lithium-ion pack rated for roughly 200 shocks at 360 J, six hours of monitoring or 4.5 hours of pacing. ICEN supplies the BeneHeart D3 to hospitals, emergency services and distributors, and confirms configuration and market requirements before quotation.
