A veterinary endoscopy tower, specified as a series
Vetina is Mindray’s veterinary endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery range. It is a family rather than a single instrument: the rigid tower models are CS7, CS5 Ultra and CS5, and the flexible scope system is ES3. This page covers the series; ask ICEN for a quotation against the configuration you need.
The imaging chain is built around 4K. The CS7 camera outputs 3840 by 2160 with a depth of field from 25 to 150 millimetres, and the monitors step with the model — 55 or 31 inches selectable on CS7, 32 inches 4K on CS5 Ultra, 24 inches 4K on CS5. A 7-inch touch panel carries control on the tower models.
Two practical details separate a veterinary tower from a human one. The endoscopes are specified as anti-fogging, which matters when a scope moves between a warm body cavity and a cooler room repeatedly, and recording is built in over USB rather than requiring an external recorder. The tower also integrates the veterinary insufflator and light source.

An endoscopy purchase is a tower plus a scope set plus a monitor, and the scope inventory usually drives the cost more than the camera. Specify the procedures you intend to do before choosing between the rigid towers and the ES3 flexible system.
Common questions about Mindray Vetina Veterinary Endoscopy Series
Is Vetina a single product?
No. Vetina is a family. The rigid tower models are CS7, CS5 Ultra and CS5, and the flexible endoscopy system is ES3. Each has its own manufacturer page, and this page covers the series.
What is the difference between CS7 and CS5?
CS7 is the flagship with a 3840 by 2160 camera, a 25 to 150 millimetre depth of field and a monitor choice of 55 or 31 inches. CS5 uses a 24-inch 4K monitor and CS5 Ultra a 32-inch 4K monitor; Mindray does not publish a full specification table for those two on the Vetina pages, so ask ICEN for the datasheets if you are comparing them closely.
Does it record procedures?
Yes. USB recording is built into the tower, so no separate recorder is needed for basic case capture.
Why does anti-fogging matter in veterinary work?
Scopes move between a warm body cavity and the room repeatedly, and condensation on the lens ends the view. The Vetina endoscopes are specified as anti-fogging HD endoscopes.
Is the insufflator included?
The tower integrates a veterinary insufflator and light source. Four insufflation modes are listed for the series. Confirm what is included in the configuration you are quoted.
What is not published?
Illuminance and colour temperature of the light source, camera sensor size, endoscope working lengths and insufflation pressure and flow ranges are not stated on the Vetina pages. Ask ICEN for the datasheet.
