Product Overview

A 22-inch high-acuity monitor with decision support built in

The BeneVision N22 is the 22-inch model in Mindray’s high-acuity monitoring range, sold on the same official page as the 19-inch N19. In portrait it displays up to 16 waveforms, against 13 in landscape, which is the practical argument for the larger panel at a bed space that needs arterial, central venous and pulmonary artery traces at once.

Configuration is deliberately open. Twenty-six quick keys can be defined per unit, and up to three satellite module racks can be attached, so a single platform covers a general ICU bay and a fully instrumented bed without buying two monitor types.

The clinical software is where the difference sits. SepsisSight and HemoSight assemble sepsis and haemodynamic indicators from the parameters already being measured, ST Graphic and QT View support ischaemia and drug-interval monitoring, and the 24-hour ECG report with an up to 24-hour atrial fibrillation summary supports retrospective review. Full disclosure runs for 48 hours.

High-acuity monitoring scope

Beyond the basic parameter set, the differences between high-acuity monitors are waveform count, module expansion and what the software does with the data. Panel size is usually decided by bed layout rather than by preference.

FAQ

Common questions about Mindray BeneVision N22 Patient Monitor

What is the difference from the N19?

The N22 has a 22-inch screen and the N19 has a 19-inch screen. Both are published on the same official page with the same software set, so the choice is panel size against the bed space and viewing distance.

How many waveforms can it show?

Up to 16 in portrait and up to 13 in landscape.

Can I add more parameters later?

Yes. Up to three satellite module racks can be attached, and 26 quick keys are configurable per unit, so the parameter set can grow without changing the monitor platform.

What does SepsisSight do?

It aggregates sepsis indicators from the measured parameters and presents them alongside the waveforms. HemoSight does the same for haemodynamic indicators. Both are decision support, not diagnosis.

How long is the data history?

Full disclosure is 48 hours, an atrial fibrillation summary can cover up to 24 hours, and up to 20 twelve-lead ECG reports are stored at the point of care.

What is not published?

Mindray does not publish screen resolution, weight, dimensions, brightness or battery runtime for the N22 on the product page. Ask ICEN for the datasheet.
