The Mindray BeneFusion nSP is the n Series single-syringe pump. Infusion accuracy is held within +/-1.8% across a flow rate of 0.01-2300 mL/h by syringe size, and the pump accepts 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 and 60 mL syringes with automatic size recognition.
A 7.0-inch colour TFT touchscreen with eight brightness levels carries the interface. The delivery modes cover PCA, Rate, Dose, Dose Time, Time, Sequential, Intermittent, Loading Dose, Ramp and Micro-infusion, with 15 occlusion alarm levels for therapy-specific configuration.
The drug library is sized for larger departments: up to 5000 drugs across 30 care areas or departments, with an optional library of 50 categories and colour-coded drug names. That is a wider library than the e Series syringe pump, which matters where several specialties share one device pool.
Battery runtime is at least 5 hours at 5 mL/h, extending to at least 11 hours with the smart battery, with charging in 5 hours or less. Connectivity covers wireless and USB, RS232, nurse call and a DC adapter, integrating with the BeneVision central monitoring system. In configurations where weight matters the pump is specified at 1.7 kg or less.
