The Mindray BeneFusion eVP is a volumetric infusion pump built for routine and continuous IV therapy in pediatric and adult patients. It delivers at 0.10-2300 mL/h with infusion accuracy within +/-5%, and the official datasheet states <= +/-4.5% for recommended administration sets.
SmartRapid shortens the interval from power-on to first drop, which matters where therapy has to start quickly. Delivery modes cover Rate, Dose, Dose Time, Time, Sequential, Intermittent, Loading Dose, Ramp, Micro-infusion and Drip, and the pump supports automatic multi-channel relay within the e Series family so a multi-drug regimen can be handed over between channels.
The pump carries a drug library of up to 5000 drugs across 30 categories with colour-coded drug names and Dose Error Reduction Software (DERS). A 3.5-inch colour TFT touchscreen runs the interface, the unit weighs no more than 1.7 kg, and the battery provides at least 5 hours at 125 mL/h - extended to at least 11 hours at 25 mL/h with the smart battery.
