The Mindray BeneFusion eSP is a single-syringe infusion pump for delivery where accuracy is the deciding factor. Infusion accuracy is within +/-1.8% with mechanical accuracy within +/-0.5% to IEC 60601-2-24, and the flow rate spans 0.01-2300 mL/h across 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 20, 30, 35, 50 and 60 mL syringes with automatic size recognition.
A 3.5-inch colour TFT touchscreen at 200x400 pixels with eight brightness levels hosts the interface, and 15 occlusion alarm levels from 50 to 1125 mmHg can be configured to the therapy.
The mode set covers Rate, Dose, Dose Time, Time, Sequential, Intermittent, Loading Dose, Ramp and Micro-infusion, with optional TIVA, PCA and TCI where those workflows apply. The drug library holds up to 5000 drugs across 30 categories with colour-coded drug names.
The unit weighs no more than 1.6 kg. Battery runtime is at least 5 hours at 5 mL/h, extending to at least 11 hours with the smart battery, with charging in 5 hours or less.
